These terms describe use of alderstonefinance.com and participation in Alderstone LLC's SMS communications. Any separately executed brokerage, financing, or other service agreement governs the services covered by that agreement.
Website and financing inquiries
Alderstone LLC is a California-licensed commercial finance broker. This website offers general business information and ways to contact us. Website information and communications do not constitute a commitment to lend, an approval of financing, or a guarantee of rates, terms, availability, or results. Financing is subject to the applicable provider's review and separate agreements.
Contacting us does not by itself create a brokerage engagement or financing agreement. Website information is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. We will obtain your authorization before submitting relevant client information to prospective lenders or funding sources for evaluation of your financing request.
Responsible use
Use this website and our communications lawfully. Provide accurate information and only information you are authorized to disclose. Do not impersonate another person, submit malicious material, or attempt to disrupt the website. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, or full financial account details by ordinary SMS; contact us to arrange an appropriate way to provide sensitive documents.
Alderstone LLC SMS program
Purpose: Messages are limited to replies and updates about services requested by prospective and existing clients who have opted in: commercial financing inquiries, appointment coordination, document requests, application updates, and related client support. The program does not include promotional offers.
Consent: Before texting, we will obtain and document your explicit verbal permission by phone or in person. We will describe the message purpose, variable frequency, possible carrier charges, and STOP/HELP instructions. Our current website is not used to collect SMS opt-in consent. Visiting the site, accepting these terms, supplying a phone number, or authorizing a financing submission does not by itself enroll you. Updates
